CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, a 20% fee will be applied to any cancellation or reschedule made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. We understand that unexpected situations can happen; however, last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
